The contact owns a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JK. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the front windshield wipers failed to operate. An independent mechanic was contacted and reached out to the dealer to obtain a wiper power module for the repair; however, the part was unavailable. The vehicle was not repaired.
