Text of the owner complaint

Brake components showing signs of failure at 28,000 miles on both front and rear brakes. Safety placed at risk given speed and general use of vehicle which includes passengers. This includes grinding stops, increasing foot pressure used to stop car, and under certain conditions reconsidering use of vehicle.
