The contact owns a 2022 GMC Sierra 1500. The contact stated that the vehicle was serviced under NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V274000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING); the vehicle was inspected, and the engine oil was replaced with a higher viscosity oil. The contact stated that later while operating the vehicle, the engine was knocking, and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer to be diagnosed. The ...
