Text of the owner complaint

Full engine failure, Rod bearing 1 failed due to debris in engine after first oil change was completed at 9500 miles. Truck at 13,000 miles at failure Safety of all vehicle occupants was put at risk. vehicle came to sudden hault and had full loss of propulsion. Failure of engine was confirmed by Matick Toyota No warming lamps of mesages, small whine came from engine for ~1 mile before failure
