The contact owns a 2022 Nissan Pathfinder. The contact stated that the vehicle previously received a repair on the rear brakes at approximately 30,000 miles; however, the vehicle recently received an oil change at an independent mechanic, and it was discovered that the rear brakes showed excessive wear.
