Text of the owner complaint

The engine has been using atleast 1 quart of oil every 2000 miles. This is put my maintenance cost way above the estimated maintenance cost projected by the manufacturer This oil usage is also causing premature engine wear as it's a quart low every 2000 miles. Dealer responses was this is normal for this engine. I went back and forth with the about estimated maintenance cost and ofcourse there ...
