Text of the owner complaint

The contact owns a 2019 Honda HR-V. While the contact's son was driving at an undisclosed speed, the engine overheated. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, where the vehicle was diagnosed with cylinder head, head gaskets, and gasket kit failures.
