Text of the owner complaint

The contact owns a 2006 Toyota Sienna. The contact stated that while the vehicle was at the dealer for a recall repair, the mechanic discovered large holes in the center of the subframe caused by rust. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 218,000.
