Text of the owner complaint

The contact owns a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the horn pad was pressed; however, the sound coming from the horn was extremely low. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The local dealer was notified of the failure, and an appointment was scheduled for the repair.
