Text of the owner complaint

While accelerating to pass another vehicle, on numerous occasions, and at speeds of 45-65 MPH, transmission suddenly downshifts to first gear, and engine over revs, followed by a very loud slam in the drivetrain. This has happened about twenty times, once with my wife along. There is a recall on 2014, F-150’s, but my VIN was not included. The dealership is refusing to investigate because they ...
