Trailer brake controller installed in truck by manufacturer. We wanted to tow our travel trailer and was doing the setup process to test before we left for a trip. We were unable to set the gain for the trailer brake controller. Trailer was connected to truck and plugged in, but unable to change gain or feel brakes when we took a drive around the neighborhood.
