Text of the owner complaint

The contact owns a 2016 Keystone Keystone RV. The contact stated that the trailer frame sustained a structural fracture. While inspecting the RV, the contact became aware that the fifth-wheel pin box had shifted 5-inches closer to the truck bed cargo box where the frame was fractured.
