Text of the owner complaint

I had to call the fire department because my the auxiliary battery in my Jeep had overheated creating a sulfur-like smell in my garage and eventually into my home. The fire dept recorded the aux battery temp over 200 degrees and the main battery was almost 150 degrees after sitting idle in the garage for over 5 hours and had only drove twice that day for no more than 20 minutes each time.
