Text of the owner complaint

While parked, I closed the vehicle door. The sudden cabin backpressure caused the rear windshield to instantly and violently explode outward without warning. There was no prior impact, extreme weather, or external object that caused the damage. This spontaneous shattering creates an extreme safety hazard and an immediate distraction risk.
