This supplements Complaint #11763145, filed 9/9/2026, regarding the same vehicle: 2019 Honda CR-V. On September 10, 2026 at approximately 7:33 PM, near CHOP Primary Care (High Point location), PA, the check engine light began flashing and the vehicle lost the ability to accelerate -- it could only slow down.
