Text of the owner complaint

After a recent recall (68C) the vehicle performance has greatly deteriorated. The ELEC mode propulsion has been limited, the internal combustion engine (ICE) engages much sooner than previous. Instead of a 'warm-up' cycle for the ICE, it feels as though there is actual clutch engagement, but with limited power. I feel this could have the potential to accelerate engine wear with a 'cold' engine ...
