I am reporting a suspected passenger Occupant Classification System (OCS) malfunction in my 2027 Rivian R2, delivered September 5, 2026. Shortly after delivery, "Passenger Airbag OFF" repeatedly remained displayed with my adult passenger sitting upright and centered, with her back against the seatback.
