Shortly after purchasing my 2023 Volkswagen ID.4, the vehicle developed a failure involving the telematics/Car-Net system. The vehicle could not connect properly to Volkswagen ID/Car-Net services, the built-in GPS location was significantly inaccurate, and the SOS/emergency-call function was unavailable/deactivated.
