ROARING NOISE FROM THE ENGINE COOLING FAN ASSEMBLY AND THE A/C IS NOT COOLING IF YOU CONFIRM A roaring noise from the engine cooling fan assembly (engine fan on high not cycling) is present, and the Air Conditioning (A/C) is not cooling. ACTION 1. Check the hardware part number for the IPDM E/R. 2. Replace the IPDM E/R with the part number listed in the PARTS INFORMATION, if applicable. 3. Reconfigure the IPDM E/R, if applicable. IMPORTANT: The purpose of ACTION (above) is to give you a quick idea of the work you will be performing. You MUST closely follow the entire SERVICE PROCEDURE as it contains information that is essential to successfully completing this repair.
