Some 2025 Bronco Sport vehicles may exhibit a condition where the intelligent oil life monitor feature in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) auto resets to 100%, is stuck at a high percentage, and/or reduces to 0% in less than 1,000 miles (1,600 km) under normal usage. This may be due to the software in the IPC. Replacement or reprogramming of the IPC will not resolve this condition. This condition does not affect vehicle durability, and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition that is expected in Q1 2027. Advise the customer to monitor oil service intervals based on vehicle mileage since the last oil change in accordance with the Scheduled Maintenance section in the Owner s Manual. Monitor Professional Technician System (PTS) for additional information and schedule service appointments for customers once the repair becomes available.
