INFORMATION BULLETIN: TECHNICIANS MAY ENCOUNTER DTC U0101 (00) LOST COMMUNICATION WITH TRANSMISSION CONTROL MODULE (TCM) STORED IN THE ELECTRONIC HYDRAULIC CONTROL UNIT (EHCU) AS A HISTORY CODE. WHEN AN IDLE SHUTDOWN EVENT OCCURS, COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE TCM AND THE EHCU IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED. THIS CAN CAUSE DTC U0101 (00) TO SET IN THE EHCU ALTHOUGH THERE IS NO FAULT IN THE SYSTEM.
