This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution steps for the engine control module calibration of certain L9 and X12 engines which may contain calibration tuning causing the Road Speed Governor to over or under shoot programmed speed by 11 kph/7 mph, resulting in road speed not meeting/matching the Road Speed Governor setting. This is an update to a previously submitted communication.
