Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2025 vehicles that may have a loose or cross-threaded ground nut inside the instrument panel. Affected vehicles may not be able to turn on, may not be able to shift into drive or reverse, and may display multiple fault indicator lights on the driver display. Rivian will replace the nut, repair or replace the ground stud, or replace the instrument panel beam. Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
