Hybrid Cooling Pump Emergency Mode Condition Customers may comment on one or more of the following: SYMPTOM: ● 12V battery is draining. NOTE: The auxiliary heat and battery coolant pumps can enter emergency mode and drain the 12V battery. ● A pump running at full speed noise may be heard from the engine compartment after the vehicle is turned off. This bulletin involves replacing the Auxiliary Heat Pump (AHP).
