Bendix® Fusion™ Active Safety System with Pedestrian Autonomous Emergency Braking (PAEB) Operator’s Manual This Operator’s Manual provides an overview of the Bendix® Fusion™ Active Safety System with Pedestrian Autonomous Emergency Braking (PAEB). This manual explains the components, features, functions, and known system limitations. There are also example descriptions and explanations of the audio and visual alerts and system interventions that can be expected during operation. Read this manual thoroughly before operating the system. Be familiar with the possible system actions, alerts, and its limitations. Keep this manual in the vehicle as a reference at all times. See Figure 1 for an example of the messages you may see on the integrated display when the Fusion system is initializing.
